Today is Monday and with it comes the blues. I had a fantastic weekend and didn't want to wake up today especially at an ungodly hour so as to beat the traffic. I have been thinking of a way to kick out the Monday blues so here are a few tips for the fashionistas

if your still in school or you just don't have to be chocked up in a suit...here is how you can play things up.

for the girly girls look cute and chic in a skirt and don't forget the clutch...

for those who find color blocking a tad bit too much ..you can accessorize with your nails instead...so paint away

I know most of you are really hating on kimmy K (yes,I'm feeling familiar with her name..and yes we're bestees for life:-P I wish!)
To include those of you who live in a hole,( you heard me!..this news was plastered all over our local papers...reason why?..still trying to figure that one out) kimmy is undergoing serious criticism over her marriage that lasted all two seconds to the basketball star The Hump(Kris Humphreys).
Well, for those of you who watch Keeping up with the Kardashians, and for those of you who watched Kim Kardashians Fairy Tale Wedding..you probably got the idea of how annoying Kris Humphreys can get..let me just say that if I was engaged to him, honestly I'd want to slit my wrists(all of a similar opinion say ayye!...but that's just me)..and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that that marriage would have never worked out..the two seconds it lasted was longer than I expected...who knows for what reason they got married..coulda been for love, coulda been money...but I know two things.. that there's no business like show business but there are several businesses like accounting, and accounting doesn't pay as much as Kim gets and that Kimmy K has a rocking bod and a maad fashion sense and so I wanted to share some of her looks with you guys..I love Kim(in a very groupie way) and I love her fashion sense even more..so even if she got married more times than J-LO ever will..my love will remain true..and now I have a feeling that that last statement probably made this whole article really weird..but oh well, what the hell!!!:-))

You know when I know that I've heard a good song?..when that song manages to describe exactly how I'm feeling at a particular time. You know what makes a great song?..a song that can be replayed over and over for days and it doesn't get old...you know what band makes these songs? ELANI!!! Which means light in the Giriama(Kenyan) language.
So I thought that I should share this ammazzing band with you guys.
It's young, it's soulful, it's exciting...it's love at first hear..made up of Brian, Wambui, Maureen , this band has managed to do more in a few short years than what most bands manage to do in a century and they're sooo young!!! I cannot wait to hear more of their stuff..and I hope you guys love them as much as I do..and if you don't YOU'RE CRAZZY!!(:-)) seriously though...they're amazing, their energy, their creativity..I'm in awe(can't you tell?:-p!)

Aren't you the queer bunch!!!..95% of you weirdos logged on to check out this post out cos you figured it would have something to do with sex..y'all are just nasty!!!...but that title got you here so..let's get on with it..
I finally braided my hair!!...trouble is....I'm tired of the same, old same old bland hairdo...ever notice how when your hair is braided... you either have it tied in a bun, or parted side ways then tied in...yes you guessed it..a granny bun...or in a mow hawk, or worse still, the infamous matako style(God help us all!!!)...so I tried looking for different braid-dos ..and this are some that I found.For some strange reason I could only find limited images of actual braids,I found really neat ones of dreads..which are a lot like braids if you think about it..so these images still give you the general idea of the do..so I hope when you finally try them on your braids you get a similar look:))

..o yeah.. and I really really reaaally like the do this lady rocks from that tele novela on Citizen tv(you can stop judging me now...once in a while I'll peek at this soap(triunfo del amor) to get a glance of that cutie patootie on J-lo's I'm into you video..how do you spell M.C.S.T.E.A.M.Y?)
