Water equates to life. 75% of your body is water and 90% of your brain is water. Your Muscles consists of 75% water, Bone consists of 22% of water, and Blood consists of 83% water. (

Our bodies need all the water it can get for its smooth running. All chemical processes involve energy metabolism and drinking plenty of water will make you feel more energetic and boost our metabolic rate. This will lead to you losing all the unwanted weight. It will also alleviate the incessant headaches and reduce high blood pressure and the rate of cholesterol.

Water is the ultimate detoxifier of all the toxic waste in our bodies and its keep you from dehydration.
